How much notice do I need to give?
Depending on availability of the glass, though we usually provide same day service in the Sydney metropolitan area.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, bank cheque, EFTPOS or credit card.
Is it covered by insurance?
Depending on your insurance policy. Most insurance companies offer windscreen protection cover. This cover entitles the repair or replacement of the damaged glass at the cost of the insurance company.
To repair or replace?
It depends on the extent of the damage. Any chip or crack smaller than the size of a dollar coin can be repaired. This however does not apply to side or rear windows as they are constructed by toughened or tempered glass.
What’s the quality of the glass?
We offer the choice of genuine or aftermarket glass. All glass we provide meets Australian standard AS/NZS2080.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes. Our warranty is lifetime on workmanship.
