As we operate a mobile service we do not have a workshop that you can attend. Instead we come to you and complete all work at your vehicles location.

This all depends on the extent of the damage. We will always choose to repair, if possible. This keep your costs down and makes for a quicker completion time.

Note, we can only repair front windscreens if the chip or crack is smaller than the size of a dollar coin. All side door glass, rear windows and badly damaged windscreens require replacement.

We offer the choice of genuine or aftermarket glass. All glass we provide meets Australian standard AS/NZS2080. Res assured, we only use high quality and reliable products from trusted manufacturers.

For chip repairs your car will still retain this functionality. For windscreen replacements your new glass must have the technology to maintain this rain sensing feature. We provide this and will ensure all the electronics are connected and working before we leave.

Metro Auto Glass uses the latest ADAS calibration equipment to re-calibrate your ADAS device after we replace your windscreen. This ensures your Advanced Driver Assistance System performs properly with your new glass to keep your safe on the road.

If you call early in the day we can usually provide same day service in the Sydney metropolitan area. However, this all depends on the availability of the glass.

Once we arrive onsite we complete windscreen stone chip repairs in about 15-30 minutes. 

Full windscreen and other auto glass replacements normally take around 1 hour.

We accept cash, bank cheque, EFTPOS, all major credit cards, AFTERPAY and ZIP Pay.

This depends on your insurance policy. Most insurance companies offer windscreen protection cover. This means the insurance company will cover the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged glass.
